SARVIK full-time staff members are all ex-trainees of Ramakrishna Mission Samaj Sevak Sikshan Mandir, Belur Math, Howrah.   Board Members are duly elected by the general membership of the organization who deemed to be the ex-trainees of Ramakrishna Mission Samaj Sevak Shikshan Mandir as per the By laws.    Volunteers are any persons from any stream who desires to render their sincere and effective services for the development of the organization.

SARVIK has 13 full-time office staff and approximately 99 full-time field staff and 48 part-time staff.  Experience covers a broad range of skills and occupations such as Medical Officers, nursing staff, teachers, muster trainers, health and social workers, laboratory assistants, drivers, etc.

A small team of volunteers also serves an important role at SARVIK with ex-government officials, retired officials, social workers, technicians and other interested persons actively participating and contributing to the ongoing functions and operations.  Currently there are a total of 20 full and part-time volunteers.
